Performance powered by sustainability

Improving working conditions, safety and performance worldwide, while protecting people and their environment: such is the mission of Manitou Group.

Conscious that its core business - handling, powered access and earthmoving - lies at the centre heart of the major challenges of society, the group has decided to renew its CSR ambitions and actions in the 2030 "CSR Lens" roadmap.

Supported by the top echelons of the company, it is based on four axis and 11 of the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.

It builds on the actions that the group has been carrying out for more than 10 years and capitalizes on the solid achievements of previous plans, particularly in terms of product decarbonation, technological innovation, and the commitment of the value chain and employees.

Anchored at the heart of the new global LIFT strategy, Manitou Group's ambition is to achieve performance powered by sustainability.

This philosophy is also conveyed by the group’s signature, “Set the world in motion”, indicating the desire to always do better, become the actors of change and contribute to the world in motion.

To carry out our mission, we rely on internal policies such as :
