Availability of 2024 Universal Registration Document (URD)

Manitou Group 2024 Universal Registration Document (URD) has been filed on April 22, 2025 with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force. It can be downloaded (in French only for now) from the website www.manitou-group.com, under Investisseurs / Information réglementée / Rapports financiers annuels, as well as from the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).

The universal registration document includes:

• the 2024 annual financial report
• information on fees paid to the Statutory auditors for the financial year 2024
• the Corporate governance report
• the Declaration of Extra-Financial Performance.
