Governance

Within the Manitou Group, the supervision and management bodies are clearly defined and structured, allowing controlled corporate governance and management cohesion appropriate for the Group's business plan. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 
► Defines and implements the strategy and major guidelines set by the Supervisory Board
 ► Oversees and manages the Group through the Executive Committee and the Managers of the subsidiaries.

  • Dominique Bamas, newly appointed President & CEO

  SUPERVISORY BOARD

► Controls, manages and regularly examines the accounts of the Group and its subsidiaries;
 ► Approves major investments;
 ► Decides on all strategic matters.

The supervisory Board has set up two ad-hoc sub-committees: the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committe.
